Warrior Training

Onda is proud to be the first studio in Germany to offer Warrior Training! This challenging, ultra-low-impact, asana-based exercise system is designed to build strength, stamina, and tone while preserving flexibility and a natural range of motion.

The name “Warrior” isn’t about combat or confrontation; it honors the foundational Warrior Lunge posture that inspired the system. In Warrior Training, the focus isn’t on creating a “perfect” pose, but on using each posture to develop physical and mental resilience, optimizing your body’s natural strength and form.

Warm Yin

Step into serenity with our Warm Yin Yoga class, a gentle practice combining soothing warmth and meditative Yin poses.
