Our Original Hot Yoga class is a powerful, accessible practice designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and build lasting discipline. Practiced in a heated room, the set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises works systematically through the entire body, promoting flexibility, balance, and internal cleansing.

This method is rooted in the Ghosh lineage of therapeutic yoga, developed in India and brought to the West to help people of all backgrounds improve their physical and mental health. At Onda, many of our students and teachers first began their yoga journey with this very practice—and it's one of the most recommended classes for beginners.

The consistent sequence makes it easy to track progress and build confidence, while the heat allows for deeper stretching and detoxification.

How to Prepare:

  • Hydrate well throughout the day.

  • Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before class.

  • Wear light, breathable clothing like shorts or leggings and a tank top.

  • Bring a yoga mat and two towels (rentals available if needed).

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the heat.
