Onda Yoga Etiquette

Hi there, welcome to Onda Yoga! We’re so glad you’re here. To help everyone have the best experience, we’ve got a few simple guidelines to keep in mind:

1. Arrive Early

Give yourself a few extra minutes before class starts to settle in, adjust to the heat, and get ready. It’ll make your practice feel smoother and more relaxed. Plus, arriving early means no disruptions for others!

2. Leave Your Phone Outside

Let’s make this time all about you. Leave your phone outside the yoga room and enjoy a little digital detox. Trust us, it feels good to be distraction-free!

3. Quiet Time in the Hot Room

This is your space to relax and unwind, so we like to keep the hot room peaceful. If you came with a friend, catch up after class. Even better, grab a cup of tea and share all about your yoga experience!

4. Bring Water (But No Glass, Please!)

It’s hot in here, so staying hydrated is key! Bring a water bottle, but for everyone’s safety, please avoid glass – we’re all barefoot and want to keep things safe and cozy.

5. Tell Us About Any Injuries

If you’re working through an injury, no worries! Just give your teacher a heads-up before class starts, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

6. Have Fun and Enjoy the Journey

Most importantly, have fun! This is your time to connect with yourself, enjoy the practice, and leave feeling amazing.
