Dharma Yoga

A complete practice for body, mind, and spirit – all levels welcome

Dharma Yoga, created by Sri Dharma Mittra, is a living tradition of classical yoga designed to bring radiant health, inner peace, and self-knowledge. This complete practice blends asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and yogic philosophy, offering tools for both physical vitality and spiritual growth.

Each class is a journey through flowing sequences, deep holds, guided relaxation, and inspirational teachings. You will be encouraged to work at your own level, with variations and adjustments to support beginners as well as more advanced practitioners.

Regular practice can help you:

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance

  • Improve concentration and clarity of mind

  • Open energetic pathways for the free flow of prana (vital energy)

  • Release stress and promote deep relaxation

  • Connect with the deeper purpose of yoga beyond the physical

At Onda, Dharma Yoga classes are taught in the spirit of Sri Dharma Mittra’s lifelong dedication to sharing yoga as a path toward self-realization, compassion, and service.
